Tetsusaiga card set for Inuyasha CCG
The premier set, Tetsusaiga was released on October 20th, 2004. The set consisted of 266 cards. 85 common, 85 uncommon, 85 rare, 8 ultrarare, 1 virtual card, and 3 promotional cards.
The first promotional card Iron Reaver Soul Stealer was available in specially marked copies of the Inuyasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask Playstation 2 game. The second promo card,
Inuyasha, Sota’s Hero, was available in the second Inuyasha movie DVD Inuyasha: The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass. The third promotional card Shard From the Jewel of Four Souls
was available to those who played in a sanctioned tournament. Other unusual cards from the set include the unbelievably rare card number 0 Miroku>, a hidden rare in foil packs. On the opposite end of
the rarity spectrum is card number 00, Naraku, a virtual card that you can just print off the official website and is legal for play.
